Sustainable Jersey for Schools Grants Program

PSEG Grant Cycle

PSEG Foundation is contributing $100,000 to support another cycle of the Sustainable Jersey for Schools Grants Program. Funding supports efforts to implement projects that help schools gain points needed for Sustainable Jersey for Schools certification and make progress toward a sustainable future.  For more information regarding the current opportunity, click HERE.

2019 Roots for River Reforestation Grant and Technical Assistance Program

The Nature Conservancy (TNC) is partnering with Sustainable Jersey on this program to support municipal and school district efforts to undertake floodplain reforestation initiative on public or private land.  Program participants will receive technical assistance to design restoration projects and funding to cover the material costs of floodplain reforestation.  For more information, click HERE.

Current Resource Opportunity

PowerSave Schools (SJG)

Sustainable Jersey is partnering with South Jersey Gas (SJG) and the Alliance to Save Energy (ASE) to bring the PowerSave Schools program to schools within SJG's service territory  SJG will fund all direct program costs for 10 schools, while the ASE will lead implementation of the PowerSave program, providing the tools and resources to ensure a successful program outcome.  For more information click HERE.
