Green Technology: Constructed Wetlands for Wastewater Treatment

November 01, 2016 - 8:30 am to 2:00 pm

Duke Farms

1112 Dukes Pkwy W Hillsborough, NJ 08844

This workshop is designed for school administrators, facilities managers, municipal officials, environmental commission members or Green Teams who are exploring implementation of green technologies at their sites. The constructed wetland at Duke Farms is one of the very few natural wastewater systems in the state that use natural processes involving vegetation, soils and microbes to treat wastewater. Join Duke Farms and other well-known sustainability leaders for an intensive program that explores how our constructed wetlands serve 600,000 people annually as well as other sustainable technologies at Duke Farms.

A complete list of the day's agenda is found at the registration link.  A $25.00 fee includes a networking lunch.
