Eligible Applicants

To apply for a Sustainable Jersey for Schools grant, applicants must:

Be a New Jersey public district or school registered or certified with Sustainable Jersey for Schools. Please note that some grant opportunities may be limited to district applicants only or school applicants only.

Have an active Green Team that meets the Green Team action standard. Recently-formed Green Teams are still able to apply.
Meet all previous grant recipient reporting requirements. If you are unsure of your district's or school's grant history, email us at grants@sustainablejersey.com.

Additional restrictions may apply such as a limit on the number of grants a district or school can be awarded in a given year. The Application Information Package for all new grant opportunities will include detailed information regarding any additional restrictions.
