
Key Documents and Links for Grant Recipients
Grant recipients can view and download documentation here that can be used to complete the grant project and its requirements. You also use the following links to access the online grants portal where recipients will provide the information and documentation required for phase 2 of the program.
Online Portal
Awardees will continue to use the Sustainable Jersey grants portal to submit documentation for each milestone of their Trees for Schools project along with financial reporting. This is the same portal used to submit the Trees for School application. If you forgot your password, you can reset it via the Forgot Password? Button on the login screen.
Trees for Schools Project Overview and Financial Reporting Webinar
Webinar Held: August 7 from 12pm-1pm
This webinar provided (a) an overview of the Trees for Schools grant program and project implementation steps, and (b) important guidance on grant financial reporting requirements. Attendance by both the project manager and financial officer was mandatory.
Required In-Person Workshops
The workshop will provide training on tree-planting with a focus on planning and developing documentation for the Project Implementation Plan milestone. In addition to the project manager, it also highly recommended that the consultant (if any) attend, as well as a representative of the facilities department or other department responsible for maintaining campus trees and landscaping. The project manager must attend one of the in-person workshops listed below:
